We want you and your cat to be completely happy — or at least as happy as a cat is willing to publicly admit. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day your package is delivered to request a refund or replacement.

How it works

Email us at meow@purrfectflex.com with your order number and a quick note. Photos help — and yes, we accept photos of unimpressed cats as supporting evidence. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

What's covered

Wrong size, defective items, items damaged in transit, or simply not what you expected — we'll make it right with a replacement, exchange, or full refund to your original payment method. If your cat categorically refuses to wear the costume, we understand. Cats have strong opinions. That's covered too.

Conditions

Items should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (a little cat hair is fine — we know how it goes). Add-ons like Shipping Protection are refunded automatically when the related order is refunded. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives at all, contact us and we'll reship or refund — no lengthy interrogation, and your cat will not be asked to provide an alibi.
