Free Worldwide Shipping 🌎

Every order ships free, with tracking, anywhere we deliver. No minimums, no hidden fees, no fine print with claws.

Processing & delivery times

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 8–12 business days after that, depending on your country. During big sales or peak season (Halloween is our Super Bowl), add a couple of days — the packages are moving, the cats are supervising slowly.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email. You can follow your package on our Track Your Order page while your cat pretends not to be excited.

Customs & duties

Most orders arrive with nothing extra to pay. Depending on your country, customs may occasionally apply import fees — these are set by your government, not by us (we've asked them nicely; they don't listen to cats).

Wrong address?

If you spot an address typo, email meow@purrfectflex.com ASAP and we'll fix it before the package leaves the warehouse. Once it ships, we can't reroute it.

Lost packages

Covered. If tracking goes silent or the package never lands, we'll reship or refund. Orders with Shipping Protection get priority handling on claims.
